Karen is a director and coach in Grant Thornton’s Governance & Board Advisory practice with 25+ years experience supporting boards and executive teams develop greater capacity in their leadership and direction. Her work covers board and senior team evaluations and skills diagnostics along with follow up and standalone coaching interventions.
She has a proven track record in both team and individual coaching, facilitating senior teams in all stages of their journey. She has worked with new leadership teams helping them build trust and cohesion through to building healthy leadership and management cultures that drive collaboration and commitment. She has worked across all sectors and has extensive experience in widespread culture renewal and organisational development. Part of her work has been in driving widescale leadership and culture change implementation; designing and delivering people-led change.
Karen has an MSc in ‘Coaching and Behaviour Change’ (Henley Business School) and is a Senior Practitioner with the EMCC. She is also a Coach Supervisor and NLP Practitioner. She is accredited in a number of behavioural diagnostics and development tools including Insights Discovery, ECR, Leadership Dynamics, Constellations and Human System Dynamics.
Sam Isaacson is Global Director of Consulting at CoachHub, and a thought leader and author on coaching technology and organisational coaching. He is Chair of the UK Government's coaching apprenticeship trailblazer group, incorporating more than a hundred employers of coaches and the biggest coaching professional bodies, and has sat on advisory boards for the ICF, the EMCC, and the Telegraph.
