The various details of this video indicate that the arrested individual doesn't appear to have owed a huge amount of money but is probably a small average debtor. His case is probably more in line with the following inconspicuous news.
It seems that the Chinese government is troubled by the debt problem and worried about the difficulties of enterprises. Or perhaps the government and the judiciary are trying to deter people from defaulting on their debts. So, do the Chinese courts and police deserve credit for this action? Can they do their part to solve China's debt problem?
