hi to all my new generation of doctors I just wanted to share some interesting information in medical school we are never taught about money management business but the most common thing that you're all going to be doing in future is negotiation business management setting up packages for your treatment because patients don't bargain for jewelry cars food, and you know other places but when they come to you in medical school you're taught about excellence in academics you may be a gold medalist you may be excellent in your medical skills but if you do not have Google ratings and if you don't do stuff like this you're not going to have patience doctors are taught very good bedside manners, but we're taught very little about communication skills we are good at taking a history and finding all about the patient to come to a diagnosis but when the patient starts asking you questions you are like hey am I the doctor, or you're the doctor we need to change that you have to be good at customer relationship so in business the customer is always right, so your patient will come with the Google research he will come with the diagnosis he will come with the treatment he will tell you whether you have to do an open operation or a keyhole surgery you just have to listen to it and gone are the days when you can use all your skills and knowledge to tell what exactly you feel like technology is going to rule healthcare, so people are going to believe more in artificial intelligence than human intelligence, so you don't have to worry too much you're not going to make too many mistakes in the future, but jokes are part you know a doctor can never be replaced because we are a total package of so many skills that we possess communication skills business skills' management skills artificial intelligence emotional intelligence and with all these skills together we try to make the patient happy heal them and give them good results and take them away from their suffering, so I wish you all a very happy doctor's day and remember you can never be replaced by anything
