Haier Case Study | The next Management Model? | Agile Management Models

Management Models of the 20th century, like Ford, GM and Toyota were business models that were copied by thousands of companies to thrive. In the 21st century, IoT and SaaS or Cloud companies like Spotify, Amazon and Tesla followed.

The most recent example of an influential management model today is the Chinese Organization Haier. Haire's model, often referred to as Rendanheyi was invented from Zhang Ruimin (CEO of Haier Group).
