Governance Workshop: Succession Planning in Governance

This is the second workshop in the series with Raewyn Eastwood– Raewyn will be speaking about Succession Planning in Governance.

Raewyn is a Chartered Member of the NZ Institute of Directors, and currently serves as the Deputy Chair of the Equestrian Sports NZ Eventing Board.  She describes her passion as building an organisation’s capability through its people and relishes the opportunity to share her skills and knowledge from her professional career and sporting involvement to enrich peoples sporting experiences.

With a degree in Physical Education from Otago University Raewyn has involved herself in a variety of sport settings from school sport, Ski Instructing, volunteer organising committees, to national championship events and national governance.  She brings her skills and experience from her Master of Business Administration and 20+ year professional management career spanning consulting, strategic planning, project, programme, and change management.
