A New Mother, Creative think tank, Artist, Leader, Entrepreneur, Softskill Trainer, Career counsellor, Educationist, Creative solution crafter, Brand planner, Art Curator, Certified Pilot, Tarot card reader and much more.
Defining herself as a creative soul who loves to express creatively, she says “being creative is a part of who she is and when she does not get creative, she feels robotic and drudge like”.

Dr. Prachee a renowned Career Coach who holds a master’s degree in Visual Communication with specialization in ‘Branding’ from The Birmingham City University, UK. Bachelor’s degree in ‘Visual Communication’ from University of Rajasthan and a Diploma from Cambridge University, UK in ‘Creative English’.

After her Masters in UK, she worked for a while in the field of graphics and designing. And it is the destiny that she got her big break to start her own Brand agency in UK as an executive Director for IP Brand Ltd at Coventry, UK. She earned and learnt a great deal and relished a rather successful stint as an entrepreneur.

While serving as an active volunteer at the International Student Cell in Birmingham City University; she encountered many oblivious and directionless students from privileged, middle class and less fortunate financial backgrounds. Through her interactions, she was convinced that some did not like their subjects while others willingly did not want to pursue their academic career further, yet they succumbed to parental pressure. And students who came (especially from Asian countries) on student loan to fulfil their aspirations, struggled to get a handle on their future.

Overall, she felt that there is quite a mismatch between potential and actual easily attributed to inadequate career guidance, sloppy, obsolete, and inexperienced career counselling institutes. Somehow those experiences got stuck on to her like a parasite. Being a witness to horrid tales of struggles and helplessness of the students left an indelible impact on her psyche.

Thus she sacrificed a promising future in my own field of interest, bid adieu to her English dream to enliven my vision to establish a solid platform to provide goal oriented education & to positively influence the youth of India for a better tomorrow.
