F&B group Chang Cheng sees benefits of NTUC's Company Training Committees

F&B firm Chang Cheng Group is one of the many companies that is a part of NTUC's Company Training Committee (CTC) network. These CTCs review the firm's training plans, identify skill gaps and plan for career progression for workers. NTUC deputy secretary-General Chee Hong Tat visited the company recently to see how its efforts have borne fruit. Chang Cheng, which owns more than 160 food outlets across the island, has sent more than 110 workers for upskilling courses ranging from communication skills to data management.
