Do you have a passion for luxury? Are you building a career in 5* hospitality, luxury goods, private travel, or another part of this vibrant industry? Perhaps you are looking to make the switch into luxury?

With at least five years of managerial experience on your CV, now is the time to take your career to the next level. This Executive Master’s is purpose-designed to help you get there – with a fully flexible study that means there’s no need to give up your current role.

You will be taught by a hand-picked faculty comprised of senior industry professionals and acknowledged experts in their chosen fields.

The program includes four modules. The first one is exploring new luxury ecosystems where we will introduce you to the concept of luxury, the business of luxury as well as the sociological and cultural background to this phenomenon. In the second module of the course, which is branding in the digital world, we will take you into the newest trends in the digital world. Module three focuses on delivering excellence in guest experiences. We will talk about customers, what drives their needs, what do they require, how do we design our services to meet and exceed customers’ expectations. To complete the program, we will look into the implementation of a sustainable luxury strategy. We will take a broad view of the management of businesses in the entire industry. We will look at sustainability in all its meanings including environment, finance, culture, etc. To finalize the program, you will work on a business project which is a capstone for this master's. You will have an opportunity to work on a real-life business scenario, to analyze different implications for the strategy and reach your own conclusions.
