Executive Management 2022

Are you a senior manager who wishes to grow your business and develop your management skills?

Learn to build a growth development plan and optimise your business performance. This course is run over six to eight weeks which includes six half day Management Skills Development Workshops and four mentoring sessions for each participating organisation. Mentoring Sessions may be Zoom, phone or face-to-face.

Participants who attend at least five workshops and submit a ‘Business Growth and Development Plan’ of an appropriate standard are awarded an ‘Advanced Certificate in Management Practice’ – by the Restaurant & Hospitality Skillnet, the European Training Foundation (ETF) and Human Resource Excellence.
