Equity in HR: a conversation with Katie German of FoodShare Toronto

Since 2020, Food First NL has been looking at our HR policies through an equity lens. Much of that work was inspired by and modelled after equity work done by FoodShare Toronto, and this past July, Josh sat down with Katie German of FoodShare to discuss the policies we adjusted, why change was necessary, and the challenges associated with change (as well how to overcome them).
