ELEVATE: Social and Structural Determinants of Health

This webinar presented by the ELEVATE and JSI will focus on raising awareness of social and structural determinants of health among PWH engaged in HIV Prevention, Care, and Treatment System.

Participants will learn how to define the Social Determinants of Health and the Structural Determinants of Health. Additionally the session will include how recognize the connection between social and structural determinants of health on HIV prevention, treatment, and care how and to identify opportunities to impact structural and social factors within the HIV service delivery system.

The intended audience for this webinar is the General public and people with HIV aligned with a RWHAP Recipient or Subrecipient.
