Trainer Bio:

Rodger Schmidt is an ALOA Certified ACE instructor and Certified Fire Door Inspector who comes from 23 years of fire, security, and access control experience. His roles included service, sales, training management for over 140 techs, and service management.

Over the past 8 years as a national trainer with ASSA ABLOY based in the Phoenix, AZ, Rodger developed and conducted 2,500+ virtual and in-person classes with over 20,000 attendees including locksmiths, access control integrators, and building and fire code officials. Rodger is also the ASSA ABLOY representative to the Security Industry Association (SIA) as an instructor for the Security Project Manager Program.
