Phillip LeBel is the emeritus professor of economics at Montclair State University. He has combined multilingual skills and interpersonal relationships in the professional activity that includes extensive work in Africa, Asia, and Latin America with specializations in the economics of project management, energy, and natural resource economics, and the economics of higher education for a variety of organizations and institutions.
