Ecommerce is booming in these years and years to come. For instance €5bn is the amount that Irish consumers spend online. 60% of which is spent with overseas firms.

72% of Irish SMEs actually have a website but only 30% while just 2% offer Click & Collect. Meanwhile, 89% of businesses with a website say it is an important driver of revenue growth.

The Biggest Barriers to Entry include "it remains too much of a ‘dark art’ for those sitting at the boardroom table" and "senior management don’t know how to properly budget and plan for eCommerce"
