AEM - Portuguese Issuers Association in partnership with Morrow Sodali, hosted a session where, in two expert panels, explored the opportunities and concerns generated by the new ESG and Sustainability frameworks, as well as the main trends that will shape the future of investment and government of companies.
The first panel explored how ESG impacts on corporate governance and behaviour, the various approaches of investors to ESG practices and the evolution of universal standards of ESG reporting.

The second panel considered the changing dynamics and biggest challenges facing European boards
The discussion included both how boards and senior management are organising themselves to meet the ESG and digitalisation challenges, board composition and skills, and how should board work be structured and planned in the future.
