Hiring for a responsible Receptionist to perform a variety of office tasks. Duties include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting with daily office needs, meeting and greeting clients, arranging couriers, keeping the office tidy, answering and forwarding phone calls, and replying to emails.

Responsibilities
Perform all necessary office tasks, guest greetings, etc.
Answer telephone calls, take messages, and handle them in a satisfactory manner
Organize and schedule appointments
Planning meetings and taking detailed minutes
Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters, and forms
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Maintain an effective filing system
Update and maintain office policies and procedures
Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
Prepare and update staff records and contact lists
Provide general support to visitors
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers
Qualifications

High school degree or higher
2-5 years of experience as a Receptionist, Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or Office Admin Assistant
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and Outlook in particular)
A minimum of 60-70 (WPM) typing speed
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Presentable, detail-minded, and well-organized
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
English Language is Must
