Driving Decision Execution: Effective Communication and Governance for Project Managers

Executives can empower the delivery of the execution of decisions based on data. In order to do that, PMs need to effectively communicate:
‘how did we get here?’
‘what is the problem?’
‘What is the ask?’
‘What if we do nothing or alternatives?’

Using proper governance ensures that decisions that were made are being implemented. It also helps identify roadblocks before they happen and enables the ability to address them in a timely manner.
