When I read this McKinsey & Company article it suddenly made sense to me!
Hiring & recruiting is so much geared toward traditionalists...
I mean it makes perfect sense for companies to hire the perfect career person. The only problem is: that there aren't so many available to fill all these open roles.
The solution is simple: We need to adjust! First of all, adjust recruiting & hiring processes and even more important management styles.
