Do These Three Exercises To Jump Higher And Get Rid Of Knee Pain!

In this video I go over some of the most effective methods to get rid of knee pain. This is specifically for patellar tendinopathy, which is one of the most common overuse injuries in jumping athletes, and especially dunkers!

The three types of exercises that I cover are isometrics, depth landings, and slow concentric strength training with barbell back squats. Properly progressing with these exercises will build up your tendon's capacity to bear load and eventually progress to more traditional jump training that can get you adding inches on your vertical jump!
