Disaster Governance: The Recovery of Beirut After the Port Blast

The Beirut Urban Lab (BUL) and The Policy Initiative (TPI) held a public seminar titled "Disaster Governance: The Recovery of Beirut after the Port Blast," to discuss the effectiveness of the Recovery, Reform and Reconstruction Framework (3RF) created for #Lebanon by the European Union, the World Bank, and UN-agencies after the Beirut Port Blast of August 2020.

The first panel assessed the 3RF and its contribution to the adoption of reforms, while the second panel mapped the different types of actors and the goods and services they provided in the affected neighborhoods.
