Director's Day - Unlocking resilience through good governance

Good governance and resilience are highly intertwined. A resilient board deals with change and crisis effectively, while staying true to the organisation’s purpose. It combines agility with continuity and acts in a proactive but structured way. Instead of resisting change, resilience requires openness and awareness of external factors, giving way to new possibilities.

In line with the sanitary regulations, the GUBERNA Director’s Day took place on 23 February 2021 as a fully digital event, combining joint sessions - broadcasted live from the GUBERNA Home of Governance – with interactive breakout sessions in small digital groups.
