Did you know that energy drink consumption is tied to an increase in ADHD symptoms?

Published
A study found that 68% of adolescents (ages 10 to 18) have consumed energy drinks at least once a year. Furthermore, 30% of teens drink energy drinks every single day or at least regularly every week.

⚡ Energy drinks contain high levels of caffeine and other stimulants. These ingredients can worsen ADHD symptoms. Over-consuming these drinks can cause more ADHD-like symptoms, making it harder for teens to manage their condition effectively.

Studies also show that consuming too much sugar and carbohydrates, especially from processed cereals, dairy, potato chips, and white bread, can quickly turn into sugar and exacerbate ADHD symptoms.
