Diabetes Management with Low Carb and Fasting

Published
Dr. David Cavan is a consultant endocrinologist from the UK, educator and author of several books about diabetes management, prevention and reversal. In this interview, Dr. Cavan talks to Nayiri, nutrition coach at Low Carb and Fasting about "carbohydrate intolerance" and how best to manage it. Nayiri has lived with type 1 diabetes for 44 years, so the conversation becomes particularly interesting as the two discuss moderate and high protein diets as well as insulin dosing for protein.
