Delphi Murders - State v. Richard Allen trial - DAY 16 - Defense Case

Published
Even on the best day, the defense is always starting on the back foot. Today, we saw how procedural requirements for federal witnesses put defendants at a disadvantage, how witnesses with information about the investigation are hostile to the defense, and how a determined judge can tie defense attorneys' hands behind their backs. Little real ground was gained today, except the defense achieved one thing that I didn't think was possible - making Steve Mullin look even more shady and dishonest.
