About Our Speakers:

Sean Hennessey – Associate Vice President, Global Technology and Solutions – Sean works within the Agile Center of Excellence at the Carlyle Group and focuses on Agile Coaching and Delivery Strategy. Sean has worked at the Carlyle Group for nearly four years. Prior to joining Carlyle, Sean worked in government consulting as a Project Manager/Scrum Master and has been in technology program/project management for 11 years.

Hisham Faour – Principal, Agile Center of Excellence Lead - 20 years of progressive management and leadership experience in the private sector with specialized experience in running large scale IT programs, standing up PMOs, leading agile transformations and enabling new "ways of working" adoption.

As a Principal for The Carlyle Group, Hisham currently serves as the head of the agile transformation for Carlyle. His passion is driving change at the organizational DNA level.
