FAO, IFAD, UN Women and WFP are working together on the Joint Programme “Accelerating Progress Towards Rural Women’s Economic Empowerment” (JP RWEE), which aims to secure rural women’s livelihoods, rights and resilience to advance sustainable development, Agenda 2030 and the SDGs. This CSW virtual side event launches the second phase of the programme in Nepal, Niger, the Pacific Islands, Tanzania and Tunisia.
