So, What are SMART Goals?

S - Specific
M - Measurable
A - Achievable
R - Realistic
T - Time - related

So here are some examples:-
For the first example we will detail how the goal is SMART
- Improve Your Time Management Skills: -
Allot 15 minutes to read emails,15 minutes for social media in the morning. You can see this is both specific and measurable, it is also achievable, realistic and with a watch or timer, measurable. However, the time allotted may need to be changed according to personal commitments.

- Start Networking; Allot a number of contacts perhaps to network with a week.

- Walk or Run 30 minutes a day for Five Days a Week;

- Hydrate by drinking 8 oz or 250 ml of water 8 times a day, drink 3 oz am, 3 oz pm and 2 oz in
the evening. Making sure to drink after lunch to avoid pm drowsiness.

- Increase your Listening skills - This could be as simple as wait 3 seconds after someone has
spoken before speaking.

- Improve Presentation / Public Speaking Skills
