Corporate Women in Leadership! She Boosts Her

Published
In this edition of The corporate women in Leadership, we discussed how women can support each other by boosting them. More women are making notable strides to support each other but there is a lot more than needs to be done. women in leadership roles often encounter more scrutiny and are looked down upon with stereotypical opinions.

It is about time for women to leave their comfort zones, recognise their fears, and embrace opportunities and their different leadership styles.

As of 2022, only 8.2% of Fortune 500 CEOs (41 CEOs) were women, although that’s a significant improvement from the zero female Fortune 500 CEOs in 1995, according to Zippia. As of December 2021, women accounted for 35% of U.S. senior management positions in the United States – a 4% increase from 2016, but still far from 50%.

Our solution to this is to bring together women in decision-making positions to discuss strategies and technical know-how to help boost each other!
