Confidential funds sa DICT para sa cybersecurity defense, iminungkahi

Nang makumpirmang walang nakalaang confidential funds para sa Department of Information and Communications Technology #DICT, iminungkahi nina Senators Raffy Tulfo at Alan Peter Cayetano sa Department of Budget and Management na bumuo ng polisiya ukol dito.

"Anyone [who] deals with cybersecurity, dapat mayroon talaga [na confidential funds]," ani Senator Cayetano sa pagdinig ng Senate Committee on Science and Technology sa panukalang paglulunsad ng e-governance sa pamahalaan at iba pang mga panukala ukol sa cybersecurity, affordable Internet, at digital literacy.

May pinasaringan namang ahensya si Senator Tulfo ukol naman sa paglakip ng sariling confidential and intelligence funds sa budget nito. #News5
