Condo management called out for 'discriminatory' security officer job tender

The Security Association Singapore has called out a condominium management for unfair practices. Managing agent Knight Frank had put up a tender for the provision of security services on behalf of Spring Grove condominium. It included clauses that security personnel deemed "undesirable" may be removed immediately. It added that the officers have to be between 21 and 55 years old. Those who are not would have to be replaced within 12 hours. The Security Association Singapore said currently, one in two security personnel is 55 and above.
