Human Resource Management is a process of consisting of the acquisition, development, motivation and maintenance of human resources.
HRM refers to the policies and practices one need to carry out the people or human resource aspects of a management position, including recruiting, screening, training, rewarding and appraising.
The objectives of HRM is to attain maximum individual development, desirable working relationship between employers and employees and employees and employees and effective molding of human resources as contrasted with physical and other resources.
Human Resource Planning is the process of forecasting a firm's future demand for, and supply of, the right type of people in the right number
Human Resource planning includes the estimation of how many qualified people are necessary to carry out the assigned activities, how many people will be available, and what, if anything, must be done to ensure that personnel supply equals personnel demand at the appropriate point in the future.
