"Compliance Management, an essential tool for UCBs"

Dear Cooperative Bankers,

19th Sept 2022 Rbi introduced the role of Chief Compliance officer in UCBs.This long awaited guidelines although appears complex,but in reality it is not so.I have attempted to decipher these guidelines with some bitter observations. Lets be Complient of Regulatory norms and grow within the precincts of the norms.Here are my views on the subject.
