Hong Leng's exceptional service demonstrates his belief in young people's ability to make positive change. Among many accomplishments, his expertise in financial management and good governance have strengthened the Movement at all levels, including throughout the challenging COVID-19 period.

The Bronze Wolf Award is the highest honor and the only award given by the World Scout Committee.
