How to bring multiple legal entities together to create a brand new one? How can this new legal entity support the task of European Universities alliances? What governance models, services, units and structures are necessary for achieving or common goals? The CHARM-EU Governance Forum tackled all of the questions faced and contribute to identify the best solutions and strategies for the future governance of European Universities alliances.

How do students participate in the governance of European Universities and the limits of this participation?
How are students appointed and how do the boards work?
What are student council/board' missions and daily work?
What is the place of this student council/board in the global governance and the others board?
