Charles Christiaens - Worst! Hansar Bangkok Hotel Manager Read Description

I had booked the Horizon Suite, through Hansars Website.
In the website the image clearly shows a balcony.
I had booked the room 2 months in advance.

The room no. they had assigned to me was 1305.
So I went to the 13th Floor with 2 bags full walking around the 13th floor for room 1305. I couldn't find it. So I called downstairs and then they said its H005. And the receiptionist was kind to come up and show me where it was.

When I stepped into the room, I saw like wait did I book it wrong cause there was no balcony. So I quickly checked my booking and I saw I had booked the Horizon Suite but I had been downgraded.
I was furious, because I entrusted Hansar with New Years Eve on the 31st of Decmeber night.

So I immediatley called the receptionist, they said I am sorry but all our rooms are full with the balcony.
They offered 2000 THB credit in food, we did not want it cause thier food was terrible.

So they ruined by entire 31st of Decmeber and 1st of January.
I requested a refund, they said no.

So the next morning I went to breakfast, and I could clearly understand what was happening.
You could see in the faces of every guest at the breakfast table.
They were all disappointed with Hansar and Charles Christiaens leadership. The faces of every guest was just sad and the atmosphere was like I made the wrong choice. Like I could not see a single happy face.

They all saw their rooms were badly needed of reservation which the hotel knew 2 years ago, but didnt do anything.
Improvements where I will detail:
Wallpaper
Shower nob, cant turn rusted towels torn like 10 years old.

You could see the past 2 years reviews, the same complaints over and over again.
And in all the complaints you can see one name Charles Christiaens.
Saying I am sorry, we will fix it but 2 years later nothings changed so clearly this individual is a liar and dishonest.

Then comes 1st of January morning I met the man himself Charles Christiaens.

He says you need to show my staff mutual respect, because I did swear on the 31st Dec, since I was furious,
I choose Hansar only for the balcony and I paid well in advance for it.
I deserve to be furious I paid for something and they gave me something else who wouldn't be furious.
Btw I did not swear on the 1st of January, because I recalled on the 31st Dec that was wrong of me.

But he didn't care he wasnt apologetic, I even said the photo of the room type comes with a balcony
and then he said "oh well then why dont you complain when you go to Mc Donalds since the food they serve is not like the photo."

I was astonished, I said could you repeat that. I want to take a video of it, this coming from a 5 star hotel manager.

And then the smerks and said "Dont forget to check out by 12:00" - this the only part i could capture in video since i immediatley pulled out my phone to make a video once he made the comment where "oh well then why dont you complain when you go to Mc Donalds since the food they serve is not like the photo." In the video you can see I asked him could you say that again, and he said I am going to talk if your going to take a video of it. So I stopped taking a video then after.

And then walking away he says "go write a review about it"

I clapped by hand as he walked away.
I said sood yod. (this is amazing in thai)

This is Hansar, this Charles Christianes.
This is the worst hotel manager I have ever met in my life.
He clearly should go for retraining or resign from his post since he is really not fit to be a hotel manager.

So this is what I am going to do I am going to spread the words as much as I can, A person like him is never fit to be a hotel manager, he should go back to being a chef. He does not have the management skills to run a brand such as Hansar.
