1- कृपया मेल के साथ ͧमले इस पğ का एक ͪĤटं आउट लɅ उस पर अपना हाͧलया पासपोट[ आकार का फोटो ͬचपकाएं तथा
सा¢ा×कार के ͧलए आते समय इसे साथ मɅ अवæय लाएं ।
Please take a print out of this letter along with the mail and paste your recent passport size photograph while coming for
this interview.
2. अßयथȸ Ǒदए गए ͪव£ापन के अनसु ार अपने आवेदन पğ के साथ अपलोड ͩकये गए /लगाए गए शै¢ͨणक योÊयता /
अनभु व / मलू Ǔनवासी से सàबंͬधत दèतावेजɉ/Ĥमाण पğɉ/अकं सͬूचयɉ कȧ मलू ĤǓतयां साथ मɅ अवæय लाएं l अßयथȸ
अपने साथ सभी दèतावेजɉ/Ĥमाण पğɉ/अकं सͬूचयɉ के èवहèता¢ǐरत 2 सेट फोटोकॉपी के साथ हȣ आधार काड, [ पैन काड[
एवं बकɇ पास बुक कȧ èपçट छायाĤǓत भी साथ मɇअवæय लाएं । ͩकसी भी मलू Ĥमाण पğɉ कȧ अनपु िèतͬथ मɇआवेदन
उसी समय Ǔनरèत कर Ǒदया जायेगा ।
Candidates should bring all the original Documents/Mark sheets/Certificates concerning his/her education, experience
Domicile etc. and those, which have been uploaded along with the application form. Also bring 2 sets of self attested
photocopy of all the documents/ certificates/Mark Sheets with Aadhar Card, PAN Card and clear photo copy of Bank
Passbook. The candidature of such applicants shall be cancelled, without any obligation whatsoever in case they fail to
produce the original certificates as above, prior to the interview.
3. अßयथȸ इस सचू ना पğ मɇǑदए गए समय से कम से कम 15 ͧमǓनट पहले Ǔनधा[ǐरत सा¢ा×कर èथल पर उपिèतथ हɉ।
कोͪवड Ĥोटोकॉल का पालन करते हुए अßयͬथय[ ɉ को सबुह और दोपहर के सğ मɅ बुलाया गया है। अपने Ǔनधा[ǐरत समय से
30 ͧमनट से अͬधक देरȣ से आने वाले अßयͬथय[ ɉ को सा¢ा×कार मɅ शाͧमल होने कȧ अनमु Ǔत नहȣं दȣ जाएगी।
Candidates should report at the prescribed venue at least 15 minutes before the time of the interview as given in this callletter. Following the Covid protocol the candidates are called in the morning and afternoon session. Candidates coming late
beyond 30 minutes their scheduled time shall not be permitted for attending the interview.
4. ͩकसी भी आवेदक को सा¢ा×कार हेतुआने जाने का ͩकसी भी Ĥकार का याğा भƣा Ĥदान नहȣं ͩकया जायेगा l
No traveling allowance will be provided to any applicant for coming for the interview.
5. आवेदक को सा¢ा×कार पǐरसर के अदं र अपने साथ के वल दèतावेज ले जाने कȧ अनमु Ǔत होगी। ͩकसी भी Ĥकार के
इलेÈĚॉǓनक उपकरण तथा मोबाइल फोन इ×याǑद को पǐरसर मɇले जाना सÉत मना है । उàमीदवार अपने सामान कȧ सरु¢ा
के ͧलए èवयं िजàमेदार हɉगे।
The candidate shall only be allow to take the documents along with him inside the premises. Any sort of electronic device
including mobile phones shall not be permitted. Candidates shall be responsible for the safe custody of
their belongings.
Instructions
Candidates must bring their own Masks, Gloves and Personal Hand Sanitizers.
Candidates should wear a mask during the entire process. Non wearing of mask could result in disqualification.
Candidates should follow directions issued at the venue of interview.
Candidates must strictly maintain Social Distancing norms until they exit from the venue.
The thermal screening of candidates shall be done at the entry. Any candidate with high temperature shall not be allowed
to enter the venue.
Candidates will be expected to strictly adhere to the notified time slot so that social distancing norms are strictly maintained
