My client is a fee-only RIA with support staff and experiencing lots of growth! Internal processes are more muscle memory than working ‘workflows’ so they took a step back to reassess. Initially improved team communication was the hot seat ticket, then after uncovering other problem areas, we were able to create a custom roadmap to deal with the internal issues.
