Can I beat Pokémon Scarlet and Violet with only Ice type Pokémon? (Part 6)

Many of you know me as the English language voice actor for the loveable icy exorcist Chongyun in Genshin Impact but I am also a huge Pokémon fan. As such, I've developed more of an affinity for Ice types. But this got me wondering... can I beat Pokémon Scarlet and Violet with only Ice type Pokémon?

We now have 12 out of the 18 Badges after a big boss rush last week. We have an amazing team of Ice types that are doing brilliantly but will that success continue or will our outstanding progress be put on Ice? Let's find out...

Though please note, particularly for certain games, I may not be able to look at them right away, so please be patient with me and please allow me to finish what I’m doing before addressing super chats (and sometimes crazy stuff might happen where I need to step away or get distracted by something, so please understand if such a thing happens).
6. I only understand English so that’s the only language I’m going to be able to recognize, understand and acknowledge. Comments in other languages do run a small risk of being removed out of an abundance of caution just to make sure we know what is being said and to keep the chat safe and friendly.
7. No spoilers and no discussion on leaks. No backseat gaming unless I specifically ask chat for assistance.
