California officials provide winter storm response updates | full video

California state officials held a press conference on Wednesday to provide an update on the state’s response to a strong winter storm. Another atmospheric river is expected to bring widespread flooding to parts of California this week, the third to hit the region since late December. Officials warned that high winds were expected to be the biggest impact of the latest atmospheric river, and advised residents to pay attention to flood advisories and other weather alerts.
