Mr David and Mr Joe are partners of a well known super market ‘Home Needs’, in Bangalore. The super market has 10 employees who assist the customers at various sections.
Home Needs currently sells various items like vegetables, groceries, ready garments, kitchen items, ice cream, general medicines, school needs, etc.
The super market has been recognized for its quality, variety, customer service, home delivery and regular offers for frequent customers.
Though sales revenues and profit margins have been increasing by 12 % and 8 % respectively over the last 3 years, there is a lack of internal capital.
