It was a busy weekend for the Ohio State football program as the Buckeyes picked up three commitments. 

- Josh Simmons, a transfer offensive lineman who could help fill Ohio State's biggest need for 2023 and beyond
- Lorenzo Styles, Jr., a Buckeye legacy and the older brother of current OSU safety Sonny Styles, would could be a long-term answer at a position of serious need moving forward
- Jordan Lyle, a home run hitter at running back, who gives the Buckeyes their first commitment in several years from one of south Florida's most-talented programs
