Briefing: Tākina Operating Model - 5 October 2021

To brief Councillors on the operating model for Tākina, for both the Convention Centre operations and the Exhibition Gallery operations, so that the important pre-opening work can commence over the next 20 months in the build up to the July 2023 opening of Tākina.
