Breakfast CME - Pushing the boundaries of Emergency Medicine in Trauma Management.

The Department of Accident & Emergency of VPS Lakeshore Hospital hosted a Breakfast CME at the hospital auditorium indicating how to push the boundaries of Emergency Medicine in Trauma Management. The CME, co-ordinated by Dr Arun Oommen and jointly organized by the faculty of Emergency Medicine - Dr Deepthi Juliet Thoppil, Dr Kevin Mohan Mathews & Dr Arjun Vijay, served to be very eventful with doctors from various departments taking part in sharing and discussing various matters with regard to emergency medicine; as well as for the junior doctors who had much to take away from the session. The CME was chaired by Dr Lazar J Chandy, Senior Consultant and HoD of Orthopaedic Traumotology and Accident & Emergency, and Dr Sujith D S, Consultant - Cardiothoracic and Vascular Surgery.
