BMF YPDP GRADUATION 2022

BMF Congratulates the last cohort of graduates from the BMF Young Professionals Development Programme (YPDP).


The programme has been renamed to the BMF Managerial Leadership Development Programme (MLDP) to accommodate all member categories of the BMF.

MLDP is tailor-made to produce BMF-type managers who will carry the transformation agenda as top-of-mind in the execution of their duties. This programme further aims to equip candidates with middle management skills.
