Marcella works as a Senior Lecturer (Leadership & Global Competence) and SESS Trainer (Sensorial, Emotional and Spiritual Trainer in the Project ProCESS) at JAMK School of Business at JAMK University of Applied Sciences. She is a certified professional teacher, professional coach, trainer, senior lecturer, ISHA Upa-Yoga Veera teacher, and meditation practitioner.
