Management Me provides insights for a lifetime and is a personal growth
company specializing in developing individuals to their best version through coaching, counseling, and training.

This is a game I invented for a group activity.
1. Name of the activity-Ball & Bin tennis
2. Props required - A day news paper plus one loose paper of 4 pages and a stapler per group of 4 or more.
3. No. of participants - Min 4 and max- 60/80 depending on observers.
4. Brief-This activity is to study group dynamics in team development.
5. Steps to conduct the activity-1. Give one day newspaper and one loose sheet to each group of even numbered participants. Ask them to prepare a cylindrical bin and paper ball.
2. Once all groups are ready . Place the bin in a line at equal distances from each other.
3. Opposite to each bin let the group members be gathered in pairs in a line
4. At the whistle all groups will start simultaneously. Each person in the pair will use one hand as a tennis bat and hit the ball leading it to the bin .once the ball falls in the bin the score is one point.
5. In case the ball falls down before reaching the bin, they will have to start from the starting line again .
6. In this manner the group which makes the maximum score is the winner.

6. De-Brief - This activity helps to understand focus and concentration, coordination between members, group motivation, group bonding, bystander effect, leadership styles, choosing the right partners etc.

Let groups analyse
1.What went right?
2.What went wrong? 3.What could be changed?
7. Where can the activity be used?
Leadership,
communication, motivation.
In which interventions?
Team bonding ,Communication styles, Leadership styles, Team cohesiveness and other group dynamics.
