AZ-104: Microsoft Azure Administrator | Azure Governance and Compliance Lab Walkthrough Part 2

Multi-part series walking through the AZ-104 Azure Administrator Labs. In Part 2a: Manage Subscriptions and RBAC, we gain hands on experience creating management groups and assigning custom RBAC roles to users. In Part 2b: Manage Governance via Azure Policy, we used Azure Policy to enforce tagging.
