Avondale homeowners accuse president of their association and property management of negligence

Residents in a townhome community on Glenwood Avenue say they’re being targeted with predatory fines from association president Gary Favors. They say Towne Properties, the company tasked with maintaining the homes, has shirked responsibilities like cleaning gutters and providing new roofs and driveways.
