TODAY'S GOSPEL: Luke 1:39-56

The Gospel of Matthew reminds us that the Assumption is the reward for the Blessed Mother’s fidelity to her mission. As we journey through life, we should strive to be like Mary, faithful to our “Yes” to God’s call. Even in moments we cannot understand, we must stay true to our mission. The Blessed Mother lived a life praising God. This perfect union is what we must pray for and try to live in our everyday. “My spirit rejoices in God, my savior.”
