Atkins OR Career Stories - Careers Open Day 2021

Two Operational Research graduates share the story of how their careers in OR. Tim Gent is a Mathematician and OR graduate with over 25 years experience. He will describe his journey through many industries including the Bank of England and Post Office Counters, and how it led to building a National Transport Model for England. Beth Warren has a undergraduate degree in Maths and masters in OR and joined Atkins when she graduated. She will speak about how she's had the opportunity to work in different parts of Atkins both within and outside of the UK.
